矽肺患者外周血调节性T细胞水平与肺功能的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的探讨矽肺患者外周血调节性T细胞水平与肺功能的相关性。方法选取2012年7月-2012年12月间于我院住院治疗的矽肺患者45例及同期相同接尘条件的正常者30例为对照组,分别检测两组的外周血调节性T细胞水平及肺功能指标,对比分析两者间的相关性。结果与对照组相比,矽肺患者的调节性T细胞、CD4^+T细胞水平及调节性T细胞在CD4^+T细胞中所占比例均显著上升(P〈0.01);各项肺功能指标均较对照组显著降低(P〈0.05);此外,其外周血调节性T细胞水平与CD4^+T细胞存在正相关性,CD4^+CD25^+/CD4^+与FVC(%)及MMEF75/25间也存在正相关性(P〈0.05)。结论矽肺患者普遍存在肺功能低下,调节性T细胞水平的检测,能够有效反应矽肺患者肺功能状况。

Study about the correlation between regulatory T cell levels and lung function in patients with peripheral silicosis

Abstract:
【Objective】To investigate the correlation between regulatory T cells and lung function level in patients with peripheral silicosis. 【Methods】45 hospitalized patients with silicosis were selected in our hospital during July 2012 to December 2012 and during the same period, 30 normal persons, which were accepted the same dust exposure condition, were selected as the normal control group. The levels of regulatory T cells in peripheral blood and lung function indications were analyzed comparatively to evaluate the correlation between regulatory T cells and lung function. 【Results】Compared with the control group, patients with silicosis, the level of regulatory T cell, CD4^+ T cell and the percentage of regulatory T cells in CD4^+ T cells were significantly increased(P〈0.01), various lung function indicators were significantly lower than that in control(P〈0.05), in addition, there was a positive correlation between regulatory T cell and CD4^+ T cell levels in peripheral blood, and also between CD4^+ CD25^+/CD4^+ and FVC(%), MMEF75/25(P〈0.05). 【Conclusion】The prevalence of silicosis patients with poor lung function, regulatory T cells can respond effectively to detect the level of pulmonary function in patients with silicosis. The lung function of silicosis patients was poor, regulatory T cells can respond effectively to detect the level of pulmonary function in patients with silicosis.
