胃癌组织中COX-2和MMP-2、MMP-7的表达及临床意义

目的探讨胃癌组织中COX-2和MMP-2、MMP-7的表达与胃癌组织生物学行为的关系。方法通过免疫组化SP法对胃癌组织及周边正常胃黏膜中的COX-2、MMP-2和MMP-7表达情况进行检测。结果 COX-2和MMP-2、MMP-7在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别明显高于在正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率（均P〈0.05）;COX-2和MMP-2、MMP-7表达的阳性率与肿瘤组织浸润深度、组织学分化程度、胃癌淋巴结转移及TNM分期均有明显相关性（P〈0.05）;胃癌组织中的COX-2分别和MMP-2、MMP-7的表达呈显著正相关性（均P〈0.01）。结论 COX-2、MMP-2及MMP-7的表达与胃癌组织的生物学行为密切相关,可作为反映胃癌组织侵袭转移及判断预后的生物学指标。且COX-2与MMP-2及MMP-7之间的表达强度呈正相关,提示3者在胃癌的发生、发展中发挥重要作用。

Clinical significance and expression of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 in gastric carcinoma

【Objective】To explore the expression of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between them and biological characteristic of gastric carcinoma.【Methods】The expression of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 in gastric carcinoma and paracancerous tissues was detected Immunohistochemical staining method;The rate of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 expressions gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than those in paracanceroustissues（P〈0.05）. 【Results】The expression of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 were well related to its depth of invasion, differentiation of tumor cells, lymph node metastasis and TMN staging（P〈0.05）, but they didn＇t correlate to age and gender of patients（P〈0.05）. Therewas a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2, MMP-2 andMMP-7 in gastriccarcinoma（P〈0.01）. 【Conclusion】The expression of COX-2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 are closely correlated with the biological behavior of gastric carcinoma, they may serve as predictor for poor prognosis of gastric carcinoma. Meanwhile, positive correlation exists among COX- 2, MMP-2 and MMP-7 expression, suggesting the interaction among them may play important role in development of gastric carcinoma.
