| 摘 要： | 目的：总结烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT／MEBO)在突发事件中成批烧伤病人的治疗经验。方法：将我科在2003年7月28日烟花爆炸中救治的22例烧伤患者的抢救治疗经过进行总结，在抢救现场及时应用MEBT／MEBO治疗烧伤创面，为后期治疗打下基础。住院后，系统规范治疗，烧伤创面局部用药和全身系统治疗相结合。以临床观察和结合病人自觉症状评价疗效。结果：22例烧伤患者全部自行愈合，3个月后随访，无增生性瘢痕。无功能障碍。结论：对于突发事件中的大批烧伤病人，尽早应用MEBT／MEBO，并给予规范的系统治疗，是处理突发事件中大批烧伤病的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To sum up the experience with MEBO in treating patients burned by accidents in groups. Method: On July the 28th 2003, 22 patients were burned by firework explosion. They were treated immediately with MEBT/MEBO. After hospitalization, local application of MEBO in association with systemic treatment was adopted. The efficacy was evaluated on the basis of clinical observation and subjective symptoms. Result: All the 22 patients were cured. After followed-up for 3 months, no scar formed and no function disturbance happened. Conclusion: Early application of MEBT/MEBO and systemic treatment applied in a standardized way is an ideal method for treating patients burned by accidents in groups. |
