| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨乳腺癌肿瘤血管和新辅助动脉灌注化疗疗效的关系。方法：乳腺癌患者在动脉灌注化疗前行数字减影血管造影（DSA），对其中有肿瘤染色的30例和无染色的20例患者进行术后标本组织学分期和分级。结果：在乳腺癌肿瘤血管染色组，组织学评价多为中至重度反应；而无血管染色组，组织学评价多为轻至中度反应，两组间差异显著。结论：乳腺癌新辅助动脉灌注化疗的疗效与肿瘤血管有密切关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives: To study the relationship of the tumor vessels and the effect of neoadjuvant intraarterial chemotherapy in the patients with breast cancer. Methods: Before intraarterial infusion, DSA were performed on patients with breast cancer. After operation, histological staging and grading were performed on 30 samples with tumor staining and 20 samples without tumor staining. Results: Middle or severe reaction was taken place in the group of tumor staining. Slight or middle reaction may be observed in the group of no tumor staining. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusions: There is close relationship between the tumor staining and the effect of neoadjuvant intraarterial chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer. |
