| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨髂动脉（IA）闭塞及侧支循环在多层螺旋CT血管造影（MSCTA）中的表现。方法：11例经MSC-TA确诊的IA闭塞患者,采用容积再现（VR）血管添加技术（AV）对侧支血管进行选择性重建,分析侧支循环的表现。结果：11例IA闭塞患者发生在左侧9例、右侧2例,均合并同侧髂内动脉闭塞,6例合并同侧髂外动脉闭塞,1例合并对侧髂内动脉闭塞,1例合并对侧髂外动脉狭窄。参与侧支循环的动脉包括患侧腹壁动脉11例,第10~12肋间动脉11例,第4腰动脉10例,第2腰动脉1例,骶正中动脉及直肠上、下动脉1例,双侧股动脉间分支6例,股动脉与第4腰动脉之间1例。结论：MSCTA能清楚显示IA闭塞及主要侧支循环情况,并能对患肢侧支供血情况进行初步评价。
