武警四川总队医院在四川汶川地震灾区的紧急医疗救援

5．12汶川地震发生后，武警四川总队医院随即成立抗震救灾领导小组，迅速组建多支医疗队，第一时间随救援部队奔赴重灾区。院本部和分院组建成立2个救援病区。作为医疗队队长，笔者根据自己的实践经验，总结了灾区医疗救援工作的经验。医院应把医疗救援培训作为医院继续教育的组成部分；每年组织全院医护人员进行战伤救护培训；储备完善的应急药品和医疗物资；突发公共卫生灾害事件发生后，统一全院思想很重要；医疗队的食宿应全部实现自我保障；应实行军地合作，及时开展卫生防疫、重视加强心理干预，保障救援任务的顺利完成。

Experience in medical rescue in earthquake-stricken areas summed up by General Unit of Armed Police Force Hospital in Sichuan

As soon as the Wenchuan earthquake occurred, the General Unit of Chinese People＇s Armed Police Force Hospital in Sichuan immediately organized several medical teams to rush to the worst-stricken areas at the first time together with the disaster rescue troops. Two special rescue areas were established in the hospital headquarter and its branch. A Leading Group of Earthquake Relief was set up. The author, as the head of the medical rescue teams, summarized the following experience from his practical work. All hospitals should make training on emergency medical rescue as an essential ingredient of continuing education for its their staff members. Training on war wound rescue should be organized for all the medical workers every year. Sufficient basic disaster relief preparedness materials, such as medicaments and medical equipments should be stored. During disaster relief, reaching a common understanding is necessary. While practicing rescue in the field, the board and lodging of the team members should be solved by the team itself. Military-local coordination, such as in epidemic prevention is essential. Psychological rescue and guidance should be strengthened.
