护理技术操作核心思想构建的质性研究

摘    要:目的了解临床护士对护理技术操作的本质感受及对护理技术操作核心思想的需求程度,以确定各项护理操作的核心思想,为护士护理操作技能的内化提供理论依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,通过半结构式访谈收集9名临床护士与13名操作考核组护理专家的资料,并运用Colaizzi法进行分析。结果初步形成八项护理技术操作的核心思想,并将受访者的感受萃取出4个主题:(1)操作关注点的质性转变;(2)年轻护士的矛盾困惑;(3)优质带教的深远影响;(4)护理专家的建议与期望。结论护理技术操作核心思想的构建有助于护士记忆、技能内化及教学改革。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical nurses' nature feelings for nursing skills and their demands for core ideas of nursing skills ,so as to determine the core ideas of each nursing skill and providing theoretical basis for internalization of nursing skills. Methods: Data of nine clinical nurses and thirteen nursing experts from operational assessment team were collected by semi-structured interview and analyzed by Co- laizzi. Results Eight core ideas of nursing skills were formed and four themes were summarized: (1) quali- tative change of operation concerns ;(2) contradictions of junior nurses; (3) profound influences of the highly qualitative teaching; (4) advices and expectations of nursing experts. Conclusion Construction of core idea is contributed to memorizaation, internalization of nursing skills and reformation of nursing education.
