| 摘 要： | 目的评价黄斑裂孔的视力性质。方法对20例全层黄斑裂孔和10例板层黄斑裂孔及10例囊样黄斑变性患者进行了中心暗点及固视性质检查。结果20例全层黄斑裂孔患者都存在中心绝对暗点，视力性质为中心外固视；而10例板层黄斑裂孔和10例囊样黄斑变性患者都无中心绝对暗点，视力性质为中心固视。结论全层黄斑裂孔的残留视力为中心外视力，视网膜上存在中心绝对暗点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluated the fixation nature of macular hole.Methods Central Scotoma and fixation nature were performed in the patients:20 cases with full-thickness macular hole,10 cases with lamellar macular hole and 10 cases with cystoid macular degeneration.Results The central absolute Scotoma was found in all of the full-thickness macular holes,and visual nature was eccentric fixation.but in all of the lamellar macular hole and lystoid macular degeneration,was not found central absoluts scotoma,and visual nature was central fixation.Conclusions In the full-thickness macular hole was eccentric fixation and have central absolute scotoma. |
