核医学显像在急诊医学中的应用

目的:探讨核素显像在急诊显像中的应用价值。材料和方法:105 例患者接受急诊核素显像。A 组78 例行急诊心肌显像;B 组5 例行急诊脑显像;C 组15 例行急诊胃肠道出血显像;D 组7 例行急诊大血管显像。结果:78 例急诊心肌显像中,阳性74 例,阴性4 例;5 例急诊脑显像全部阳性;15 例胃肠道出血显像中,6 例阳性;7 例大血管显像全部阳性。结论:核素显像在急诊医学中能发挥重要作用。

The Value of Nuclear Medicine Imaging in the Department of Emergency

Purpose: This sdudy is to evaluate the clinical value of NM imaging in the department of emergency. Marterials and Methods: 105 patients (pts) had emergency scintigraphic studies shortly after the onset of their symptoms. The pts consisted of 78 cases with chset pain, 5 with cerebral vascular accident, 15 with gastrointestinal (GI) bleeding, and 7 with acute peripheral vascular occlusion. Myocardial, cerebral, GI and peripheral perfusion imaging were undertaken using Tc 99m MIBI, Tc 99m ECD, Tc 99m RBC, and Tc 99m MAA (111-185 MBq) correspondingly. Results: 74/78 myocardial, 5/5 brain, 6/15 GI study and 7/7 peripheral study were positive, confirming or excluding the diagnosis, thereby assisting management of those pts. Conclusion: It was clearly demonstrated that nuclear medicine procedures can play an important role in the management of certain groups of pts coming to the emergency room.
