阿奇霉素佐治冠心病临床效果观察

目的:观察阿奇霉素佐治冠心病的临床效果。方法:选择105例临床诊断为冠心病患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,两组均给予冠心病常规治疗,观察组同时给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注和口服,观察两组1年中急性发病次数、心血管事件的发生率、住院情况及医疗费用情况。结果:观察组临床疗效和1年内心血管事件发生率、住院次数、住院天数和医疗费用均与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素佐治冠心病具有一定临床效果,并可以减少心血管事件发生率,降低医疗费用。

Azithromycin Assist Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the effect of azithromycin assist treatment of Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).Methods:105 patients with CHD were divided into two groups: Observation-group and Control-group.All patients received routing treatment and patients in Observation-group also received intravenous and oral azithromycin.The frequency of heart attack and cardiovascular event,the hospital cost were observed in one year.Results:There were significant differences in occurrence of cardiovascular events,frequency,day and costs of hospitalization between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin not only has some effect in treatment of CHD but also can decreases the frequency of cardiovascular event and the hospital cost.
