| 摘 要： | 利用改进的分光光度法，对山西产的台党参（野生及栽培）及不同生长年限的潞党参（栽培），进行了单糖及多糖的含量测定。结果表明：栽培二年的台党参比同年生的潞党参多糖含量高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而单糖含量无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。栽培潞党参中的单糖含量，随着栽培年限，呈上升趋势。

| Abstract: | The amount of monosaccharides and polysaccharides in Taidangshen(wild and cul-tivated)and cultivated Ludangshen in Shanxi province was determined by using an improvedspectrophotometry. The results showed that the amount of polysaccharides in 2-year old Taidang-shen was more than in the same year old Ludangshen(P<0.05),but that of monosaccharides wasalmost thesame(P>0.05). The amount of monosaccharides in cultivated Ludangshen tends to in-crease as the herb growing. |
