| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者的生活质量及其影响因素。方法问卷调查184例老年2型糖尿病患者的一般情况及生活质量。结果糖尿病组患者的生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);病程>10年、有并发症、糖化血红蛋白>7%、每天不参加体育锻炼、焦虑、抑郁状况均对生活质量有不同程度的影响(P<0.05)。结论影响老年糖尿病患者生活质量的因素较多,在控制糖尿病病情的同时应根据患者自身情况,采取不同方法以期改善老年糖尿病患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the quality of life and their influencing factors of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The general condition and the quality of life of 184 cases in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Results Compared to the control group,the life quality score was much lower of diabetes group(P<0.05).The disease course>10 years,complications,glycohemoglobin>7%,no daily exercises and depressed were the influencing factors(P<0.05).Conclusion There were many influence factors for the quality of life in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Effective measures should be taken in order to improve the quality of life while treating the diabetes itself. |
