老年性肺间质纤维化的临床治疗研究

目的探讨老年性肺间质纤维化的临床治疗方案,观察噻托溴铵对老年性肺间质纤维化的治疗效果。方法选择2009年9月至2010年12月来我院我科进行治疗的老年肺间质纤维化的患者80例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规强的松治疗,观察组给予强的松联合噻托溴铵治疗,观察并比较其治疗效果。结果对照组疗效30.0%,观察组疗效75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组CT表现吸收率为40%,观察组吸收率87.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前肺功能检查无差异,治疗后差异显著(P<0.05)。结论老年性肺间质纤维化是威胁老年人健康的主要疾病,噻托溴铵对其治疗具有显著的作用,值得推广。

The clinical treatment research of senile pulmonary fibrosis

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Thalidomide for pulmonary fibrosis among elderly.Methods Choose 80 elderly patients with pulmonary fibrosis from patients of our hospital from September,2009 to December,2010.80 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group were given conventional treatment with prednisone,and observation group were given prednisone and thalidomide.Compare the effects of both groups.Results The efficacy,absorption rate of CT,of control group and observation group was 30.0% and 75.0%,40.0% and 87.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There is no difference of two groups in pulmonary function tests before treatment,while after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plumonary fibrosis is a major disease threatening the health of the elderly.Thalidomide is an effective drug for this disease.It is worth promoting.
