银丹心脑通辅助治疗高脂血症120例临床分析

目的探讨银丹心脑通在高脂血症治疗中的作用。方法治疗组给予饮食、运动及常规用药的基础上加用银丹心脑通治疗,辛伐他汀20 mg qd,银丹心脑通2片tid;对照组给予饮食、运动及常规用药辛伐他汀20 mg qd。用药12周后,观察血脂下降情况。结果治疗组显效56例,有效4例,总有效率100%,对照组显效48例,有效12例,总有效率75%,两组对照差异有统计学意义。结论在常规降脂治疗的基础上,加用银丹心脑通治疗,可明显增强降脂效果,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义,且无明显毒副作用,对临床治疗有较大帮助。

Clinical Observations Of Adjuvant Therapy For Hyperlipoidemia By Yin Dan Xin Nao Tong In 120 cases

Objective To discuss the effect of Yindanxinnaotong in the treatment of Hyperlipidemia.Methods Treatment group was treated with diet,exercise and regular medication-Simvastatin 20 mg qd.Besides,Yindanxinnaotong 2 capsules Tid was administered.Control group was treated with diet,exercise and regular medication-Simvastatin 20mg qd only.After four-week treatment,the lipid-lowering effects were observed.Results In treatment group,56 cases showed significant improvement;4 cases had effective results and the total effective rate was 100%.In control group,48 cases showed significant improvement;12 cases had effective results and the total effective rate was 75%.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion It can significantly increase lipid-lowering effect when treated with Yindanxinnaotong besides conventional lipid-lowering therapy and had statistical difference compared with the control group.Besides,Yindanxinnaotong has no obvious adverse effect and is useful in clinical treatment.
