[目的]了解强化糖尿病(DM)教育对胰岛素治疗的初诊2 型糖尿病(T2DM)患者效果的影响.[方法]将100例初诊T2DM患者随机分成两组各50例,均予胰岛素降糖治疗,对照组予以常规糖尿病宣教,干预组同时给予强化DM健康教育,比较治疗前后及两组治疗后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,糖尿病相关知识得分及血糖等相关指标的变化....

Influence of Diabetes Education on the Efficacy of Insulin Treatment for Newly Diagnosed Patients with Diabetes

[Objective] To understand the effect of intensive diabetes education on newly diagnosed pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） treated by insulin. [Methods] A total of 100 newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each. Both groups received insulin hypoglycemic therapy. The control group received common diabetes education and the intervention group received both common education and intensified diabetes education. Self-rating depression scale（SDS） score, diabetes related knowledge and the changes of blood sugar and other related indexes were compared between two groups before and after treatment. [Results] Compared with control group and before intervention, SDS, blood sugar, HbAlc and body mass index in intervention group and after intervention, and the differences had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Newly diagnosed patients with T2DM commonly have psychological barriers. Intensive diabetes education can alleviate the symptoms of depression of patients, correct their cognitive misinterpret and improve the treatment effect
