| 摘 要： | <正> Ebselen(2—苯基—苯并异硒唑酮—3)为一含硒杂环化合物(图1(a))。在体外,它表现出类似谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性;Ebselen 对活性氧自由基(OH~,的 O_2~,ROO~)有明显的清除作用。在动物实验中,它表现出良好的抗炎活性,特别是对风湿性关节炎、肝炎、脑水肿有显著作用, |

| Abstract: | Ebselen is a potentially selenium-containing anti-inflammatory drug with very low toxicity.In this paper,the anti-inflammatory activity of ebselen and its analogues were studied with animal experiment.Compared with the drug DNP(Dexamethasoni Natrii Phosph- atis),the anti-inflammatory activity of its three analogues exhibited more effective activity. |
