| 摘 要： | 站在乡镇级医院角度来回顾性分析1例阑尾粘液囊腺瘤患者的病例资料和有关文献,探讨阑尾粘液囊腺瘤的临床特点、诊断与治疗。本病为少见病种,术前诊断困难,症状以右下腹痛及腹部包块为主,重视病史采集和体格检查、超声及CT和M RI检查可提高术前诊断率。 |

| Abstract: | From the perspective of township - level hospital retrospectively review one ease of appendiceal mucous cys- tadenoma in our hospital, analyzing patients record and relevant literature to understand its clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment. This disease is rare illness, difficult to be diagnosed before operation; the main symptom is right lower abdominal pain and abdominal mass. Attaches great importance to the history and physical examination, ultrasound and computed tomo- graphy （CT） and MRI inspection can improve the preoperative diagnostic rate. |
