A型行为冠心病患者心理干预策略的实施与评价

目的验证A型行为冠心病患者心理干预策略的干预效果，以使通过临床实践逐步完善该策略及内容。方法将68例冠心病患者分为干预组和对照组，两组均接受心内科常规治疗，干预组另外按照干预策略既定的方案进行心理干预，应用《非精神科患者心理状态评估量表》（MSSNS）、《冠心病患者A型行为他评问卷》对两组患者心理状态进行测量。结果（1）按既定的心理干预策略要求进行心理干预，干预组与对照组相比在焦虑、抑郁、愤怒、孤独因子及总分方面均有明显差异。（2）干预后1个月对患者家属进行干预效果他评调查，结果为干预组效果明显优于对照组。结论患者的A型行为及负性情绪均有不同程度的改善，表明此干预策略可帮助A型行为冠心病患者纠正其不良认知行为及改善心理状态。本干预策略在临床A型行为冠心病患者的心理护理应用中效果满意。

Implementation and Evaluation of the Psychological Intervention Framework of Type A Behavior Coronary Heart Disease Patients

Objective To validate the effect of the psychological intervention framework of patients with type A behavior coronary heart disease,so as to improve the framework and the content by clinical practice.Methods A total of 68 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group;both groups received cardiology therapy and the intervention group also received the psychological intervention according to the framework.The mental states of the 2 groups were measured by The Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings(MSSNS) and Type A Behavior Coronary Heart Disease Other-Rating Questionnaire.Results There were obvious differences in anxiety,depression,rage,loneliness and the total score between the intervention group and the control group.One month after the intervention,the outcomes of patients were investigated by the other-rating questionnaire;the results of the intervention group were significantly better than the control group.Conclusion The A type behavior and self-emotion are both improved to different extents,indicating that the intervention framework can help coronary artery disease patient with A type behavior to correct wrong behaviors and improve psychological status.The present intervention has satisfactory effect in psychological nursing of patients with A type behavior.
