| 摘 要： | 目的：观察长春瑞滨（NVB）治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法：用长春瑞滨为主的联合方案治疗39例（初治30例，复治9例）Ⅲ-Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌，并观察其毒副反应。结果：完全缓解（CR）2例，部分缓解（PR）20例，复治9例）Ⅲ-Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌，并观察其毒副反应。结果：完全缓解（CR）2例，部分缓解（PR）20例，稳定（NC）13例。进展（PD）4例。总有效率56.4%。主要毒副作用为骨髓抑制。结论：NVB为主联合化疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好，副反应可耐受。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To study the effect of NVB in the treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:In 39 cases advanced stage, primary chemotherapy patients account for 30 cases and 9 were recurrent diseases.Results:CR 2 cases PR 20 cases NC 13 cases and PD 4 cases, total response rate 56.4%. The majory toxicity was bone marrow suppression.Conclusions:Combined chemotherapy including NVB has better curative effect for advanced NSCLC. |
