支原体肺炎患儿免疫功能变化及意义

摘    要:目的检测肺炎支原体肺炎(Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,MPP)患儿细胞免疫和体液免疫功能,研究其变化规律,探讨疾病发生机制。方法收集支原体肺炎患儿急性期全血和血清以及健康儿童对照标本,采用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞表面标记CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD19+和调节性T细胞CD4+CD25+表达比例,检测血清标本IgG、IgA、IgM。结果与正常对照组比较,支原体肺炎患儿组急性期外周血CD4+、CD4+/CD8+和CD4+CD25+细胞比例明显下降,B淋巴细胞(CD19+细胞)比例则显著升高,血清中IgM含量升高。结论支原体肺炎患儿急性期处于免疫失衡状态,T淋巴细胞增殖受到抑制,B淋巴细胞刺激增殖,体液免疫功能仍存在一定失调。

Abstract:Objective The cellular immunity and humoral immunity function of children infected with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were detected to investigate the changes, index and themechanism of this disease. Methods Peripheralblood and serum samples of healthy children and children infected with MPP in acute stage were collected, CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD19+ and CD4+ CD25 + were detected by Flow Cytometry. Detection the serum concentration of IgG, IgA, IgM. Results The proportion of CD4+, CD4+/CDS+,CD4+CD25+ in MPP groupweremuch lower than the healthy group, while the proportion of CD19+ and the concentration of both IgM was significanthigher than the healthy group. Conclusion The immune system ofmycoplasmal pneumonia children is in imbalance status, T lymphocytes are greatly suppressed. B ceils are activated. The humoral immunity function is still in im- balancewith the decrease of IgM.
