神经节苷脂钠在重症脑卒中患者的应用效果观察及分析

目的观察和分析神经节苷脂钠治疗重症脑卒中的效果,探讨其作用机制以期为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取在无锡市人民医院就诊的86例重症脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各43例,两组患者根据卒中类型选取常规处理措施,试验组在此基础上加用神经节苷脂钠,4个疗程后对其血液流变学、神经功能缺损积分、生存质量及肝、肾功能等的数据应用SPSS 13.0软件进行t检验和χ2检验的统计分析。结果给药后试验组患者血流变学指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),血清超氧化物歧化酶活性升高水平与丙二醛降低水平优于对照组(P<0.05),同时试验组患者在神经功能缺损和生存质量改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂钠能够有效抑制神经细胞凋亡、促进受损部位修复及其功能恢复等,值得临床推广应用。

Observation and Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Ganglioside Sodium on Severe Stroke

Objective To observe the effect of ganglioside sodium on treatment of severe stroke,explore its mechanism and provide theoretical basis for the clinical application.Methods 86 cases of severe stroke admitted to Wuxi People′s Hospital were divided into trial and control groups by random digits table,each group with 43 patients.Both of the 2 groups were given routine treatment,and the trial group was added ganglioside sodium.After 4 courses of treatment,blood rheology,neurologic impairment score,quality of life,liver and kidney function,ECG and other indicators were observed and the results were statistically analyzed by T-test and χ2 test using SPSS13.0 statistical software.Results The blood rheology indicators improvement of trial group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).The increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity level and decreased malondialdehyde level of trial group were obviously better than control group(P<0.05).The neurologic impairment score and quality of life of trial group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gangliosides sodium can effectively inhibit neuronal apoptosis,promote the damaged parts repair and function recovery,thus is worthy of clinical application.
