| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对于减少下肢骨折深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院近年来收治的160例下肢骨折患者的临床资料。结果：对照组80例下肢骨折患者，深静脉血栓发生率为18．8％，干预组80例患者，深静脉血栓发生率为7．5％，经统计学分析，两组之间有显著性差异，P〈0．01。结论：护理干预对于减少下肢骨折深静脉血栓形成效果确切，值得临床推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective.. To explore the clinical effects of nursing intervention for reducing fractures of lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed 160 patients admitted to hospital in recent years, lower extremity fractures in patients with clinical data. Results： Control group, 80 cases of patients with lower limb fracture, deep vein thrombosis incidence of 18.8%, intervention group 80 patients, deep vein thrombosis incidence of 7.5%, by statistical analysis, two significant differences between, P〈0.01. Conclusion： The nursing intervention for reducing fi＇actures of lower limb deep vein thrombosis effect of the exact worthy to be popularized. |
