乙型肝炎病毒PreS2抗原及抗-PreS2抗体检测的意义

目的分析乙型肝炎(下称乙肝)病毒PreS2抗原及抗-PreS2抗体检测的临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对乙肝病毒PreS2抗原及抗-PreS2抗体进行检测。结果PreS2抗原在乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性组和HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性组的检出率分别为100%和83.3%,两组分别与抗-HBs、抗-HBc阳性或抗-HBs、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。抗-PreS2抗体在抗-HBs、抗-HBc阳性或抗-HBs、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性组的检出率为33.3%,与HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBc阳性组和HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论将PreS2抗原与抗-PreS2抗体作为常规检测,在观察乙型肝炎病毒的早期感染及患者预后判断方面有重要价值。

Clinical significance of the detection of HBV PreS2 Antigens and Anti-PreS2 Antibodies

Objective To analyze the clinical significance of the detection of HBV PreS2 -Ag and Anti PreS2- AB. Methods The HBV PreS2 Ag and Anti-Pre S2 -Ab were tested by ELISA. Results The detecting rate of PreS2 -Ag was 100% and 83.3% respectively in the HBV samples of the two positive groups with HBsAg,anti Hbe , anti HBc and HBsAg,anti-HBe, and anti-HBc. Comparing the samples of lEe two HBV positive-group with the the one of anti-HBs,anti-HBc and the one of the positive group of anti-HBs,anti-HBe,and anti-HBc, we found that the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The detecting rate of anti-PreS2 Ab was 33.3% in the positive samples of the anti HBs,anti HBc and the positive samples of anti HBs,anti HBe,and anti-HBe. Comparing the two positive-group samples of HBsAg,anti-HBe,anti-HBc, HBsAg,anti-HBe,and anti HBc, we found that the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Operating the regular examining of the PreS2 -Ag and Anti-PreS2- Ab, it is of a great importance in the terms of observing the pre-infection of HBV and judging the prognosis of the patients.
