| 生石膏的合理应用 | |

| 摘 要： | 探讨了生石膏之药性归属、适宜剂量选择范围、药理作用途径、正确煎服方法四方面问题。认为生石膏药性以“微寒”定性为妥,入汤煎服的剂量选择范围以30～150g 为宜,总结并指出生石膏发挥药效的主要途径,在于汤剂对石膏粉末的混悬与包裹,并针对目前生石膏药理研究及临床应用中所存在的问题,做了分析与评价。肯定了生石膏冲服应用的可行性。 |

| Abstract: | Property,dosage pharmacology,way of making decoction of gypsum fibrosum were discussed in the paper.The authors suggest that“slight cool”is the property of the drug,30～150g is the appropriate dasage for treating.Effect of the drug can be greater when its powder is wraped up in the decoction.The authors anlyzed and evaluated the method of use now and are sure the drug granules to be dissolved in boiling water to be taken is suitable. |
