二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果及毒性观察

摘    要:由发生器生产的二氧化氯消毒剂为一种淡黄色透明液体,为了解其杀菌效果及其毒性,采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性评价,在实验室进行了试验观察。结果,以含 25mg/L二氧化氯消毒液对悬液内大肠杆菌作用 5min,平均杀灭率为 99. 96%; 12. 5mg/L二氧化氯对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 5min,平均杀灭率为 99. 92%。用 50mg/L二氧化氯消毒液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用 10min,平均杀灭率为 99. 93%。以 200mg/L二氧化氯水溶液作用 5min,可完全破坏悬液内HBsAg的抗原性。小鼠急性经口LD50值为 7123mg/kg,以含 100mg/L二氧化氯水溶液对家兔皮肤刺激试验指数为 0. 67,属轻度刺激性。结论,该二氧化氯消毒剂可有效杀灭细菌繁殖体和细菌芽孢,属于无毒级物质,对皮肤有轻度刺激性。

Abstract:The chlorine dioxide disinfectant produced by the generator is a light yellow transparent liquid. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and toxicity, suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity evaluation were used to observe experimentally in laboratory. Results: The average killing rates of Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 25 mg/L for 5 min, and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 12.5 mg/L for 5 min were 99.96% and 99.92% respectively. The average killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 50 mg/L for 10 min was 99.93%. 200 mg/L chlorine dioxide water solution with a 5 min contact time could destroy completely the antigenicity of HBsAg in suspension. The mouse acute oral LD 50 was 7123 mg/kg. The rabbit skin irritation test index of water solution containing chlorine dioxide 100 mg/L was 0.67, which belongs to mild irritation. Conclusions: This chlorine dioxide disinfectant can kill effectively the vegetative forms of bacteria and bacterial spores. It belongs to substance of non-toxic class and is slightly irritative to skin.
