| 摘 要： | 在给老龄小鼠灌服复方天棘胶囊溶液后、测定小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶，谷胱甘肱 过氧化物酶和丙二醛，结果显示该制剂高，中，低剂量均能降低小鼠ＭＤＡ含量，同时升高ＳＯＤ和ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ含量，与对照组比较除低剂理组升高不明显外，高中剂量组的有显著意义。

| Abstract: | he content of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathion peroxide(GSH- Px)and malondialde-hyde(MDA)was measured by gastric intubation given 2.0,1.0,0.5g/kg weight compound TIANJIcapsule liquid,simultaneously,as compared that with control group intubating equivalent distilled wa- ter and Jin seng group intubating 5.0g/kg weight Jin seng boild liquid.The results showed that thecontent of MDA decreased significantly in three group with compound TIANJI capsules , and the activ-ity of SOD ,GSH- Px increased markedly to. indicai this drug has the effect of increasing antioxidaseand reducing injure of free radicals. |
