多发性骨髓瘤外周血T细胞亚群和B细胞相关免疫表型分析

 目的分析不同临床期多发性骨髓瘤(Multiple myeloma,MM)细胞免疫功能的变化和外周血肿瘤相关B淋巴细胞的免疫表型特点.方法采用直接或间接免疫荧光标记流式细胞术分析MM患者外周血T和B淋巴细胞的免疫表型.结果初治MM患者CD4、CD25及CD4/CD8比值显著降低(P＜0.05),CD8升高(P＜0.01);稳定期除了CD25降低外,T细胞亚群正常;进展期CD3,CD4及CD4/CD8比值均显著降低(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),CD8细胞升高(P＜0.01).结论不同临床期细胞免疫功能不同,细胞免疫调节与MM发病和病情进展有关,MM患者外周血肿瘤相关B细胞表达CD10抗原.

Analysis of T lymphocyte subset and B lymphocyte- related immunotypes in peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma

Objective To analyze cell immune function and myeloma-related B lymphocyte immunotypes in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) different clinical stages at.Methods T and B lymphocyte immunotypes in peripheral blood were detected by direct or indirect im-munofluorescent flow cytometry. Results CD4, CD25, CD4/CD8 were reduced and CDS was increased in patients with initial diagnosis of MM. All parameters except CD25 which was reduced were normal in patients at plateau stage. CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8 were reduced and CDS were increased in patients at progressive stage. CD10 antigen was expressed in myeloma - related B lymphocytes in patients with MM. Conclutions Cell immune function is different in patients at different clinical stages. The disturbance of cell immunoregulation may be associated with patho-genesis and progression of MM. Myeloma-related B lymphocytes express CD 10 antigen.
