175例泌尿道支原体培养和药敏结果分析

目的了解Uu,Mh的感染状况及其常用治疗药物的体外敏感性,指导临床合理用药。方法应用MycoplasmaIST试剂盒进行支原体检测及药敏分析。结果175例疑似非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者中68例支原体培养阳性,阳性率为38.9%;其中Uu阳性42例(阳性率为24%),Uu Mh阳性25例(阳性率为14.3%),Mh阳性1例(阳性率为0.6%)。对阿齐霉素与罗红霉素的耐药率最高,占54.8%;其次为司帕沙星,占40,4%;对氧氟沙星、交沙霉素、原始霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素的耐药率较低分别为26.1%,16.6%,16.6%,11.9%,7.1%。结论加强支原体的药敏检测,根据药敏结果合理用药,对防止支原体耐药株产生具有重要意义。

Analysis Of Detection and Susceptibility Result for 175Ureaplasma from Genital - urinary tract

Objective To acquire the information about the present resistance char acteristics in Ureaplasma Urealyticum(Uu)and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh),and to instruct reasonable application of antibiotics clinically.Methods [WTBZ]Mycoplasma IST kits.were used to measure the mycoplasma and to analyze the drug susceptibility.Results Among 68 cases of non-gonoccocalurethritis(NGU),mycoplasma positive rate was 38.9%,Uu positive were 42 cases(positive rate 24%),Uuand Mh positive were25 cases(positive rate l4.3%),Mh positive was l cases(positive rate 0.6%).The result of susceptibility showed that the highestresistant rate was to Azithromyein and Roxithromycin(54.8%),next was to Sparfloxacin(40.4%),The resistant rate toofioxacin,Josamycin,Pristinamycin,Doxycycline and Minocycline was 26.1%,16.6%,16.6%,11.9%,7.1%,respectively.ConclusionIt is important to enhance the detection of drug resistance of myeoplasma,gui de the drug use and prevent from producingantibiotic-resistant myciplasma.
