摘    要:肾上腺髓质素是1993年由日本学者K itamura等从人的嗜铬细胞瘤组织中发现并分离的一种心血管活性多肽,具有多种生物学活性,广泛分布于全身各系统。其中心血管组织是肾上腺髓质素的重要来源,肾上腺髓质素以自分泌/旁分泌方式抑制心肌细胞及血管内皮细胞凋亡,抗氧化应激,抑制心血管系统重塑及影响血流动力学等发挥对心血管的保护作用,是一种重要的器官保护因子。活性肾上腺髓质素由其前体裂解而成,作用于降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)受体和肾上腺髓质素特异性受体,引起受体活化后通过多种信号转导通路实现其功能。

Abstract:Adrenomedullin(ADM),a multifunctional peptide,was first extracted by Kitamura from a pheochromocytoma in 1993 in Japan.Adrenomedullin is synthesized in a wide range of tissues in cardiovascular system.As an important source of ADM production,Adrenomedullin has a close relationship with ADM.The inhibitive effect of ADM on the apoptosis of cardiocytes and endotheliocytes,the prevention of cardiovascular remodelling,and the effects on hemodynamics have been recorded in many studies,which indicates that ADM plays an important protective role for cardiovascular system.Active ADM is a part of preproadrenomedullin.The CGRP receptor and ADM specific receptor are activated by binding with ADM,and a series of signal transduction methods are involved in the protective effect of ADM.
