经阴道超声宫腔造影诊断子宫内膜病变

目的：探讨经阴道超声宫腔造影(SIS)对子宫内膜病变的诊断意义。方法：回顾性分析2004年1月至2004年12月因子宫不规则出血或不孕症经阴道超声宫腔造影检查的患者138例，并进行宫腔镜检查、活检，将病理结果与经阴道超声宫腔造影检查结果进行对比分析。结果：经阴道超声宫腔造影诊断子宫内膜病变敏感度100％，特异度90％；宫腔镜检查诊断子宫内膜病变敏感度100％，特异度95％。结论：经阴道超声宫腔造影检查是诊断子宫内膜病变的一种廉价、无创、简单、易行的检查方法，且准确度高，值得推广，尤其在基层医院。

Diagnosis of Endometrial Lesions by Transvaginal Ultrasonic Hysterography

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasonic hysterography on endometrial lesions. Methods: We analyzed 138 patients after intrauterine injection by transvaginal ultrasound (all of these cases suffered from uterine irregular bleeding ). Then we compared the ultrasonic results with those of the hysteroscopy and pathology.Result: The sensitivity of transvaginal sonography was 100%. and the specificity was 90%. The sensitivity of hysteroscopy was 100%.and the specificity was 95%.Conclusion: Transvaginal ultrasonic hysterography is a simple and convenient method with high accuracy.And can be regarded as a feasible way to diagnose endometrial lesions.
