128层螺旋CT在心脏冠脉成像的临床应用分析

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查心脏冠脉成像的征象及临床应用价值。方法:将36例临床怀疑冠心病、心电图提示心肌梗死患者行冠脉CTA检查,并重建成像、分析。结果:83条冠脉179个节段,发现不同程度狭窄、钙化、软斑块、肌桥。并发现左肺动静脉瘘1例。结论:心脏冠脉CTA是一种评价冠心病方便、快捷、准确的无创性的检查手段,可作为临床诊断及体检筛查冠心病的依据。

Clinical Application Analysis of 128-slice Spiral CT on Heart Coronary Artery Imaging

Objective：To discuss signs and clinical application value of Multi-slice Spiral CT（MSCT）while checking heart coronary artery imaging.Methods：The coronary arteries of 36 patients with clinical coronary disease or electrocardiographic myocardial infarction by CTA were examined,then made reconstruction and analyzed.Results：Different degrees of stenosis,calcification,soft plaque and muscular bridge were found in 179 segments,83 coronary arteries.One case of left pulmonary arteriovenous fistula was also found.Conclusion：Heart coronary artery CTA is a convenient,handy,precise and no-invasive inspection means to evaluate coronary disease,which can be regarded as the evidence of clinical diagnosis and screening coronary disease in physical examination.
