| 摘 要： | 目的:分析2008-2010年复旦大学附属华山医院东院住院部头孢菌素类抗生素的使用情况.方法:通过医院信息系统收集处方中所用头孢菌素类抗生素的基本信息,包括药品名称、用药总量、用药天数和用药金额等,进而计算出用药频率(DDDs)及其排序并进行分析.结果:第三代头孢菌素使用种类最多,DDDs值和用药金额最大,但2010年第三代头孢菌素用药金额出现明显下降,与此同时第二代头孢菌素的DDDs和使用金额呈明显上升趋势；第一、第四代头孢菌素DDDs和用药金额明显低于另外两类头孢菌素类抗生素.结论:本院住院部所用头孢菌素类抗生素结构比较合理,但应严格控制第三代头孢菌素类抗生素的用药指征,以提高疗效,延缓细菌耐药性的产生.
