电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸临床观察

目的:探讨电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸的治疗效果。方法:选择经胸腔镜治疗的自发性气胸患者26例作为观察组。经开胸手术治疗的25例自发性气胸患者作为对照组。记录两组手术时间、术后引流管留置时间、术后住院时间、术中失血量和术后引流量、术后离床活动时间。比较两组术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组术中出血量、术后引流量少于对照组,手术时间、引流管留置时间及住院时间及离床活动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电视胸腔镜治疗自发性气胸安全有效。

Clinical Observation of Video-assisted Thoracoscopic in Treatment of Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective： To observe the effect of video-assisted thoracoscopic in treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods： 26 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax undergoing video-assisted thoracoscopic treatment were regarded as observation group,while 25 cases of thoracic surgery were regarded as control group. Perative time, postoperative drainage tube indwelling time,postoperative hospital stay, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage, time of bed after surgery in the two groups were observed, and postoperative complications were compared. Results： Blood loss, postoperative drainage in the observation group was less than those in the control group, operative time, drainage tube indwelling time and hospitalization time and activities away from the bed is shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Video-assisted thoracoscopic in treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax is safe and effective.
