股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

目的:探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法:对2009年1月-2010年12月收治的48例老年股骨粗隆间骨折病人采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗,并随访7～19个月。结果:临床疗效按Harris评分标准,优良(≥80分)42例,占87.5%;可4例,占8.3%;差2例,占4.2%。结论:采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折,具有操作简单、手术创伤小、内置框架结构固定牢靠等特点,是目前理想的内固定材料,特别适合老年骨质疏松的病人。

Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures with Locking Proximal Femur Plate in Elderly Patients

Objective：To explore the effective of locking proximal femur plate for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients.Methods：48 cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients were treaded by LPFP.Patients were followed up for 7 months to 19 months.Results：All patients got reduction and union.According to Harris scoring,the hip functions were excellent in 35 cases,good in 7 with the excellent and good rate being 87.5%.4 cases got 70~79 points,and 2 cases got70 points.Conclusion：Application of the locking proximal femur plate is appropriate for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with the advantage of minimal invasion,reliable fixation and high healing rate.
