透析患者血管内皮功能改变的临床研究

摘    要:目的 观察透析患者血管性假血友病因子(von Willebrand factor ,vWF)及血循环内皮细胞(circu-lating endothlial cells,CEC)数的动态变化过程,探讨透析对血管内皮细胞的影响。方法 肝素化后透析前、透析30分钟、透析60分钟、透析90分钟、停机前用酶联免疫法测定60例慢性肾功能衰竭透析患者血浆中vWF浓度,同时用Percoll密度梯度离心法对患者血中进行CEC计数及形态学观察。结果 透析30分钟、透析60分钟、透析90分钟、停机前其vWF和CEC计数进行性增高,与透析前相比增高显著(P<0.01)。结论 透析可导致血管内皮细胞激活或损伤。

Abstract:Objective To detect the effect of vessels endothelial cells by observing the changes of von Willebrand factor(vWF) and circulating endothelial cells (CEC) during dialysis. Methods Sixty patients with chronic renal failure scheduled for dialysis were included in the atudy. vWF concentiations and CEC were measured predialysis, 30 minutes post dialysis, 60minutes post predialysisi 90 minutes post predialysis, and the end of dialysis. Rcsults The results indicate endothelial dysfunction was existed during dialysis. Conclusion The results indicate endothelial dysfunction was existed during dialysis.
