中药接骨颗粒对家兔肾虚骨折愈合的组织形态学影响

摘    要:
为研究中药接骨颗粒对家兔肾虚骨折愈合的组织形态学影响。将30只家兔随机分成对照组、肾虚组、中药组。各组均造成桡骨中段7mm缺损。肾虚组、中药组口服泼尼松造肾虚动物模型,中药组加服中药接骨颗粒。6周后,取完整双侧尺桡骨,剔除附着的软组织,拍X线片,评价骨折愈合情况;将骨标本处理、切片、染色后,进行组织形态学观察。结果显示,经X线片评价优良率对照组为80%、肾虚组为63%、中药组为75%。组织形态学观察,对照组骨痂已部分骨化,中心区有软骨性组织和纤维性组织,ALP检查呈棕黑色颗粒;肾虚组骨痂以软骨性组织为主,较多为未成熟胶原,ALP染色仅少量面积,且染色浅;中药组有不同程度骨痂生长,骨痂内成熟胶原成分较多,ALP染色较浅,但面积广泛。表明实验用中药接骨颗粒有纠正肾虚的良好作用。

Abstract:
In order to study the histomorphological effect of "JIEGU KELI" (JGK,TCD granulae for fracture healing) on fracture healing,30 rabbits were made into animal models of 7-mm middle-radius defect and randomly divided into three groups: the control,the kidney-deficiency and the TCD-treated;two of the latter were given Prednisone as to cause the kidney-deficiency models,the TCD-treated were given JGK besides and the control was given only routine forage;6 weeks later,the whole bilateral ulnae ad radii were excised,the fracture healings of the specimens were evaluated by the X-rays and the histomorphological observations were made on the treated,sliced and stained specimens.The results showed(1) the fracture-healing good-excellent rates of the control,the kidney-deficiency and the TCD-treated: 80 %,63 % and 75 %,respectively;(2) the histomorphological findings: in the control-partly ossified callus with cartilageous and fibrous tissues in the center and brown-black granulae shown by ALP staining;in the kidney-deficiency-callus composed of cartilage tissues and immature collages and less ALP-understained areas;in the TCD-treated-varied-degree grown callus composed mostly of mature collage and ALP-understained but extensive areas,suggesting that JGK has a good function to correct the kidney deficiency.
