造血干细胞移植病人口腔并发症护理

目的 :观察 30例造血干细胞移植病人口腔并发症发生的规律 ,探讨有效科学的护理措施。方法 :移植前拟定好口腔护理常规 ,认真逐一完成 ;采用自行配制的漱口液 ,每日交替漱口 ;用2 %碘甘油、肾上腺素稀释液或云南白药防治口腔出血。结果 :30例接受造血干细胞移植病人中 ,口腔黏膜炎发生率为 43.3% ,发生部位主要在两颊部 ,发生与白细胞下降的程度以及持续的时间无关 ;口腔出血发生率为5 2 .3%。结论 :造血干细胞移植过程中 ,有效的口腔护理可预防和减少口腔并发症的发生 ,达到预防感染、提高疗效的目的

Nursing Care in Patients Underwent Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Developed Oral Complications

Objective: by observing 30 cases of patients underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation developed oral complications, to explore scientific effective nursing measures for them. Methods: oral nursing routine was formulated before the transplantation and performed step by step. Self-dispensed gargling solutions were used alternately daily. 2% iodine glycerin, diluted adrenalin solution or Yunnanbaiyao were used to prevent and treat oral cavity bleeding. Results: among all the 30 cases of patients, the incidence of oral mucositis was 43.3%. It developed mainly in bilateral cheeks. It had no relation with the degrees and duration of decrease of white blood cell count. The incidence of oral cavity bleeding was accounted for 52.3%. Conclusion:for patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,effective oral nursing care may prevent and decrease the happening of complications. It can reach the goal of preventing infection and enhancing therapeutic effects.
