肝脏血管内皮肉瘤的临床诊治及预后分析

目的探讨成人肝脏血管内皮肉瘤的临床特点、诊断依据及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析16例成人肝脏血管内皮肉瘤的临床资料。结果16例患者中，10例表现为肝区疼痛不适，3例自觉腹部巨大肿物；AFP、CEA、CA19—9检测均无明显异常，大部分病例有血清GGT、ALP、γ-GT升高，但无特异性；B超、CT、MRI均提示肝脏占位性病变；均行探查术并经病理证实；均获随访。12例切除肿瘤者中位生存时间为33个月；至2009年12月31日存活4例；1例行肝移植治疗，己生存5个月；3例未能切除肿瘤者，行介入治疗，生存时间为5～8个月。结论成人肝脏血管内皮肉瘤无明确病史及基础疾病，血清学检查无特异性．可通过影像学方法检查早期发现，确诊最终依赖于病理结果，目前手术切除治疗是最为有效的治疗方法，肝脏移植也值得关注。

Clinical analysis on diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of hepatic angiosarcoma

Objective To study the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of hepatic angiosarcoma in adults. Methods Sixteen cases of hepatic angiosarcoma in adults were analyzed retrospectively.
