| 摘 要： | 为使医疗机构和患者能够方便快捷地在网上进行药品器械采购，以及医疗行业内不同单位之间的信息、物流传递等问题，建立了药品器械网上采购平台、第三方物流配送系统，逐步培育第三方医疗专业配送服务队伍。提高对医疗卫生和患者健康的服务保障能力。 |

It will gradually foster third-party medical professional team, integration of information, logistics, financia resources.
