安宫牛黄丸治疗成人缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效观察

目的观察安宫牛黄丸治疗成人缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效。方法将60例成人缺血缺氧性脑病随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例,两组均予西医常规治疗,治疗组加服安宫牛黄丸;观察患者昏迷时间、体温、抽搐情况,比较两组治疗后格拉斯哥昏迷评分及临床疗效。结果治疗组GCS评分较对照组升高（P〈0．01）．在控制体温、抗抽搐及临床疗效方面均优于对照组,差别均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用安宫牛黄丸能更好的改善患者意识障碍、体温和抽搐．疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical efficacy of Angong Niuhuang bolus in treating adult hypxic ischemic encephalopathy

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Angong Niuhuang Bolus in treatment of Adult Hypxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy. METHODS A total of 60 adult patients with Hypxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy were divided randomly into two groups. 30 cases of Hypxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy treated with Angong Niuhuang Bolus in addition to conventional modern therapy as treament group, another 30 cases with modern therapy only as control group. The curative effect of Angong Niuhuang Bolus on Hypxic-lschemic En- cephalopathy was observed and analyzed through the comparisons of GCS and clinical effectiveness. RESULTS GCS of treatment group was higher than that of the control group（P 〈 0.01）; the clinical effectiveness was of statistics significance（P 〈 0.05）;CONCLUSION Angong Niuhuang Bolus with conventional modern therapy can improve consciousness disorder, body temperature and convulsion of patients to favorable prognosis, which isworth applying in clinics.
