摘    要:
目的:确立一种能够准确测定杂多糖中总糖含量的实验方法.方法:采用酸水解多糖,GC法分析各组成糖比例,配制相应的标准溶液,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量.结果:实验结果良好,标准糖混合溶液在8.56~38.52 mg·L-1浓度范围内呈线性关系.结论:此法测定结果真实、准确,适用于测定杂多糖的总糖含量.

Abstract:
AIM: To develop a new method based on phenol-sulfuric reaction for the determination of hetero-polysaccharide. METHODS: The proportion of sugars in the hetero-polysaccharide was determined by GC. According to standard solution obtained, Heteropolysaccharide can be determined through the standard curve. ( RESULTS:)The linear relationship of standard solution of mixed sugars was at the range of 8.56-38.52 mg/L~(-1). CONCLUSION: GC and phenol-sulfuric acid method can be used to determine the heteropolysaccharide accurately.
