| 摘 要： | 目的：观察参附注射液治疗二尖瓣替换术后心功能不全的疗效。方法：治疗组30例患者在常规治疗的基础上术后加用参附治疗，对照组15例患者采用常规治疗，术前及术后6d行超声心动图检查测量左心功能指标。结果：治疗组术后心功能改善情况优于对照组。结论：参附注射液能改善二尖瓣换瓣术后近期左心室功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenfu injection in treating the heart dysfunction after mitral valve replacement. Methods: 30 patients in the treated group were given Shenfu injection based on the routine treatment; while the 15 patients in the control group were gigven a routine treatment only. All the patients had UCG before and 6 days after the operations to measure the index of the heart function. Results: The improvement of the heart function in the treated group was better than that the compared group. Conclusion: Shenfu injectioncanimprove the heart function after mitral valve replacement. |
