| 摘 要： | 目的 分析重症病毒性心肌炎（VMC）患者心电图改变特征及临床意义。方法 收集58例VMC患者，其中重症VMC 16例，回顾性分析其心电图改变尤其是重症VMC心电图特征。结果 58例患者均出现心电图异常改变，其中最常见为ST-T改变，其次为早搏；重症VMC主要表现为ST段抬高、III度房室传导阻滞、酷似心肌梗死或伴QRS波电压降低。结论 VMC患者心电图常出现异常改变，尤其是重症VMC心电图表现复杂、多变，常见为ST段抬高。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the electrocardiogram(ECG) characteristics and clinical significance of severe viral myocarditis(VMC). Methods The electrocardiogram of 58 cases with VMC especially 16 severe VMCs were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the cases had abnormal ECG changes; the most common was ST-T change, the second was cardiac premature beat. Sixteen severe VMCs had the abnormal ECG changes of ST segment elevation, III degree atrioventricular block, acute myocardial infarction like ECG expression or QRS voltage amplitude decreased. Conclusion VMC cases usually have abnormal ECG changes and severe VMC cases always have complex, severe ECG changes, such as ST segment elevation. |
