摘    要:
目的:制备肠溶包衣材料甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸乙酯水分散体.方法:通过单因素考察法确定最佳制备工艺.结果:最佳工艺为:聚合温度为75~80℃,在聚合过程中缓慢滴加单体的加料方式,使用复配乳化剂SDS及吐温80,0.3%的引发剂过硫酸铵,0.65%的分子量调节剂十二烷基硫醇.结论:根据最佳工艺制备的丙烯酸树脂符合药典规定,性能...

Abstract:
Objective:To prepare enteric coating material methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate aqueous dispersion.Methods:The best preparation process was determined by single factor investigation.Results:The best process was as follows:the polymerization temperature was 75-80℃,the monomer was slowly added in the polymerization process,the compound emulsifier SDS and Tween 80 were used,the initiator ammonium persulfate was 0.3%,and the molecular weight regulator dodecyl mercaptan was 0.65%.Conclusion:The acrylic resin prepared according to the optimum process accords with the provisions of Pharmacopoeia,the performance is the same as that of imported products,and the molecular weight is moderate,so it is suitable for enteric-coated drug coating.
