左旋肉碱治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者效果

目的 分析早期使用左旋肉碱对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者临床治疗效果。方法 选取2014年10月至2015年12月武汉大学中南医院收治的老年AECOPD患者66例，随机分为左旋肉碱组（33例）和对照组（33例）。比较治疗前、治疗后1周患者血清白蛋白（ALB）、细胞免疫指标及肺功能。结果 治疗后，左旋肉碱组患者ALB、CD4、CD4/CD8、FEV1、FEV1/FVC显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；但两组患者CD8的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 早期使用左旋肉碱有助于改善老年AECOPD患者的营养状况及免疫功能，进而减缓疾病进展。

Analysis of clinical effect of L-carnitine for patients with acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstruction pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous L-carnitine on the elderly patients with acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstruction pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Sixty-six cases of elderly AECOPD patients admitted into Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from October 2014 to December 2015 were collected for our study and were equally divided into the control group and the experimental group.Changes in serum albumin, cellular immune function and pulmonary function were evaluated before and after one week oftreatment.Results Compared with control group after treatment, the levels of serum albumin and the percentages of CD4, CD4/CD8,FEV1, FEV1/FVC were significantly higher in experimental group after treatment (P<0.05),while no significant difference in the percentage of CD8 was found between control group and experimental group(P>0.05).Conclusion The intravenous use of L-carnitine on the elderly patients with AECOPD could improve nutritional status, enhance immunity and delay the development of diseases.
