| 摘 要： | 目的提高长时间服用中草药对肾脏损害的认识。方法分析1例慢性肾功能衰竭的临床病理变化。结果长期服含木通（含马兜铃酸）的中药，表现乏力、夜尿增多，正细胞性贫血、肾功能衰竭、肾萎缩、病理示慢性肾小管间质性病变。结论含马兜铃酸的中草药可致慢性肾功能衰竭。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective] To improve the consciousness of renal failure induced by long-term intake of Chinese herbs. [ Methods ] Analysis was made on the clinical pathological changes of a case of chronic renal failure. [ Results] The long-term intake of Chinese herbs induced hypodynamla, increase of nocturia, anemia, renal failure, renal atrophy and chronic interstitial renal tubular changes in pathology. [ Conclusion] The Chinese herbs that contains aristolochine can induce renal failure. |
