| 摘 要： | 目的探讨背景音乐下个体化心理干预对心脏介入患者治疗过程中焦虑程度的影响。方法将60例介入治疗患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各30例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组在此基础上接受背景音乐下个体化心理干预。结果背景音乐下个体化心理干预后，实验组患者焦虑得分明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在背景音乐下实施个体化心理干预可减轻介入治疗患者治疗过程中的焦虑程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the ett eet of individualized psychological intervention with background music on the anxiety in patients with percutaneous coronary interventional therapy. Method Sixty patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The 30 patients in the control group received routine nursing care ,while the 30 patients in the experimental group received individualized psychological intervention with background music besides routine nursing care. Result The score of anxiety was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group. Conclusion The individualized psychological intervention with background music can relieve the anxiety degree in patients with percutaneous coronary interventional therapy. |
