| 摘 要： | 无创人工呼吸机是治疗各种类型呼吸衰竭的重要手段。但其在应用过程中仍然存在许多不良反应和并发症,常见包括恐惧焦虑心理、胃肠胀气、压迫性损伤、刺激性结膜炎、对血流动力学的影响、误吸、排痰障碍等。本文总结50例人工通气治疗呼吸衰竭患者的护理,认为采取有针对性护理措施,密切观察病情,可以早期发现,同时对减少并发症的发生有重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Non - invasive respirator is an important tool to treat various types of respiratory failure. However, in the application process, there are still a number of adverse reactions and complications, commonly including：fear, anxiety, flatulence, compression injury, irritation keratitis, the effects on hemodynamics, aspiration, expectoration barriers and so on. Summarized the nursing care for 50 cases of artificial ventilation in the treatment of patients with respiratory failure, conclude that nursing interventions targeted to closely observed patient＇ s condition can early detect complications and reduce its incidence. It plays an important role. |
