摘    要:
目的:建立一种简便易行耗时较少的小鼠骨质疏松模型。方法:将20只小鼠随机分成对照组和维甲酸灌胃组,2周后处死小鼠,利用骨组织计量学方法研究维甲酸对小鼠胫骨的影响。结果:给药组小鼠小梁骨体积明显减少。小梁板厚度减少,且空间结构也发生改变。结论:维甲酸可用于建立小鼠骨质疏松模型。

Abstract:
Objective: To find a simple and convenient method to establish a mouse osteoporosis model. Methods: Twenty Kunming mice were randomly divided into two groups: control group and treatment group.The mice in the treatment group were given retinoic acid for two weeks, and then were euthanized. The bone section of tibia was decalcified, and the quantitative bone histomorphometry was performed. Results: The significant pathological changes were found in the bone tissue microstructure such as the trabecular volume, and the thickness of trabecular significantly decreased.Conclusion: The mice osteoporosis model was successfully established induced by retinoic acid.
