摘    要:作者用“点值法”对成都市内和郊区842例从事轻、中、重劳动的健康工人、农民和战士作了MEFV曲线和常规肺功能测定,发现工人和农民在低肺容积时流量增加,在高、中肺容积时流量下降,并以农民最明显,重劳动工人次之,轻、中劳动工人较不明显,战士则相反。揭示不同的体力活动方式及生活条件可导致不同肺容积时的流量改变,以适应其代谢增强时的耗氧需求。

Abstract:A study was mad on the maximal ex-piratory flow-volume (MEFV) curves (bythe "point-measured method") and severalordinary ventilatory functions of healthymoderate labour workers (248 cases), heavylabour workers (225 cases), farmers(265 rases) and PLA men (soldiers) (104cases) in Chengdu area. The results wereexpressed by means of measured value/pre-dicted value%. The differences betweenmeasured values and predicted values werecompared by using the paired t test. The changes of pulmonary functions offarmers and workers were almost in thesame direction: flows at high and middlelung volumes (V_(75), V_(50), MMEF) decreased,and flows at low lung volumes (V_(25),FEF_(75-85%) increased, and strengthenedwith aging. These changes manifested mostprominently in farmers, next in heavylabour workers, and not clearly in moderatelabour workers.But in soldiers, the changesof flows followed a reverse direction:flows at high lung volumes increased,and atlow lung volumes decreased. No regularchanges were noticed on FVC and FEV_1. Evidently, different types of physicalactivity and various living conditions willlead to changes of flows at various lungvolumes in order to adapt to the oxygenrequirement by raised metabolism in varioustypes of physical activity.
